Introducing John and Jen

Hi! We’re John and Jen, fellow owners at the Inn. Here’s a little about us:

I (John) first visited the Inn at Mazatlan with his parents, Charlie and Judy, in 1988, when he was a junior in college. Over the last nearly 40 years, I probably visited at least 20 times, and have seen the city change a lot. Jen and I married in 2019 and first visited together over the 2022-2023 winter holiday and have visited each of the last three years.

I’m a techie and Jen is a writer and organizer. I’ve known Norman for many years and so when he asked for help updating the site and helping to transition management, we jumped at the chance to contribute. This is just the beginning – we’re hoping to continue to grow this community, add more information about dining and activities in and around Mazatlan, and maybe even design some cool merch!

We’ll be keeping you updated throughout the year with timeshare rental and sales opportunities, news and updates about the Inn, and continuing Samaritan efforts. We welcome suggestions for content, news, and other ideas to enhance the site.
