- There will be nothing on this Website that is vulgar, or appearing to be inappropriate.
- All financial transactions on properties will be directly between the Owner and the Buyer.
- All dollar amounts shown on the Website are stated in US ($) dollars
- The site is open to the public for the acquisition of properties under the listings of "Rentals" and "Sales".
- Non Owners are welcomed to post listings under "Want To Rent" and "Want To Buy". To do so they must submit their registration information.
- The Webmaster's judgment as to the appropriateness of the material submitted and posted is final.ß
